Welcome to MCPFlo (“MCPFlo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MCPFlo desktop application, related documentation, website, software updates, and any associated online services (collectively, the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. About MCPFlo

MCPFlo is a desktop application designed to help developers inspect, test, debug, and interact with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MCPFlo operates locally on your device. MCPFlo does not transmit your project data, server configurations, or request history to MCPFlo-operated servers unless a specific feature explicitly states otherwise.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, educational, and commercial purposes.

If any part of MCPFlo is distributed under an open-source license, including the MIT License, that license governs the applicable source code. These Terms govern your use of the Software and any related services.

3. Ownership

Except where expressly licensed under an applicable open-source license, MCPFlo, including its name, trademarks, logos, branding, documentation, website content, and other intellectual property, is owned by its respective owners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a right to use the Software only. They do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Software and for any actions performed using it.

These services are owned and operated by third parties. We do not own, control, or operate them and are not responsible for:

  • their availability;
  • their security;

Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Credentials and Security

MCPFlo may store credentials, OAuth tokens, or other authentication information locally using operating system security features such as the system keychain or credential manager, where available.

Although MCPFlo uses platform security mechanisms where appropriate, no software can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for:

  • securing your device;

8. Local Data Storage

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

10. Open Source Software

MCPFlo may include or depend upon third-party open-source software.

Each open-source component remains subject to its own license terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights or obligations under those licenses.

11. Software Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, security patches, and new features from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, such updates become part of the Software and are governed by these Terms.

Installing updates is optional, but we recommend keeping MCPFlo up to date to benefit from improvements and security fixes.
